Who is responsible

Maurii Films is run by Alexis Maurii, who is also the person responsible for the protection of personal information. For any question or request, write to alexis@mauriifilms.com.

What I collect

  • Project brief form: your name, email, business, the type of project, timeline and anything you choose to add.
  • Join the team form: your name, email, roles, portfolio link, Instagram, city, day rate, availability and anything you choose to add.
  • Clients and crew with a login: your email, and the project information we share in your space.
  • Site assistant (chat): your messages, and your name and email if you ask Alexis to reply.
  • Visit statistics: anonymous, cookie-free counts of pages viewed and buttons used, to improve the site. No name, email or IP address is stored.
  • Advertising pixel: the Meta pixel loads only if you accept it in the banner. It helps measure ads. You can change your choice anytime with the "Cookies" link at the bottom of the site.

Why I use it

Only to reply to you, prepare a proposal, run your project, or review your application. I never sell or rent your information.

Where it's stored

Form submissions and project data are stored with Supabase in their Canada (Montréal) region. The website is hosted by Vercel. Both act only on my instructions to run this site.

How long I keep it

Only as long as needed for the purpose above. Briefs that don't become a project and applications that aren't retained are deleted within 24 months. You can ask for earlier deletion anytime.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to alexis@mauriifilms.com. I reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Security

Access is limited by role: only I can see all submissions, crew sees only the projects they work on, and clients see only their own projects.
