FAQ

Good questions.

Who do you work with?Service businesses that want leads from ads, restaurants and venues that want film-like visuals, and established brands in sports, fashion and beauty. Events only as an add-on to a bigger project.

Where do you shoot?Montréal and the Rive-Sud. Rive-Nord and further for larger projects: just ask.

What if I don't love the film?Every project includes one revision round: one consolidated set of written notes. Pacing, edit, grade, subtitles and mix are all fair game inside the approved concept. A new creative direction, a reshoot or an added deliverable is quoted separately. The goal is that the first version you see is already final quality.

How does payment work?A deposit reserves your date and covers the prep: equipment, location and crew. The balance is due at delivery.

Who owns the film?You do. Once it's paid, use it anywhere, forever.

Do I get the raw footage?It's not included. Raw footage is shot flat and needs our grade to look right. If you still want it, just ask.

What do I need to prepare?The products you want featured, and a few people on site if the place should look lively. We often shoot one part empty and one part busy.

How much should I spend on ads?It depends on your price point and your offer. If the numbers don't work, we'll tell you honestly, and we can help shape an offer worth advertising.

Can I get more than what's in a package?Yes: extra shoot days, more photos or a custom project, quoted with a clear breakdown of every cost.
